本隐私政策仅适用于牧原食品股份有限公司及其关联公司（以下或称“我们”或“牧原”）提供的产品和服务及其延伸的功能（以下简称“牧原服务”），包括APP、网站、客户端、小程序以及随技术发展出现的新形态向您提供的各项产品和服务。如我们提供的某款产品有单独的隐私政策或相应的用户服务协议当中存在特殊约定，则该产品的隐私政策将优先适用，该款产品隐私政策和用户服务协议未涵盖的内容，以本隐私政策内容为准。如我们关联公司的产品或服务中使用了牧原提供的产品或服务但未设置独立隐私政策的，则本隐私政策同样适用于该部分产品或服务。
This privacy policy applies only to the products and services provided by Muyuan Foods Co,. Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "we" or “Muyuan”), as well as their extended functionalities (hereinafter referred to as "Muyuan Services"), including Apps, websites, clients, mini-programs, and any new forms of products and services provided to you as technology develops. If a specific product we offer has a separate privacy policy or special provisions in its corresponding user service agreement, the privacy policy for that product will take precedence. For any content not covered by that product’s privacy policy or user service agreement, the content of this privacy policy shall be applied. If products or services from our affiliated companies use products or services provided by Muyuan without a separate privacy policy, this privacy policy will also apply to that part of the products or services.

本隐私政策适用于牧原以APP、网站、客户端、小程序以及随技术发展出现的新形态向您提供的各项产品和服务。但本隐私政策不适用于您通过我们的产品/服务而接入的其他第三方产品/服务（“其他第三方”，包括您的交易相对方、任何第三方网站以及第三方服务提供者等），具体规定请参照该第三方的隐私政策或类似声明。
This Privacy Policy applies to the products and services provided by Muyuan through our app, website, client, mini-program, and any new forms that arise with technological development. However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to other third-party products or services that you access through our products or services ("other third parties," including your transaction counter-parties, any third-party websites, and third-party service providers). For specific provisions, please refer to the privacy policy or similar statements of the respective third parties.

1、账户信息

当您登录牧原平台时，您需要提供您的账户名、密码、您本人的手机号、电子邮箱等，我们将通过发送短信/邮件验证码的方式来验证您的身份是否真实有效。
When you log in to the Muyuan Platform, you are required to provide your account name, password, personal mobile number, and email address. We will verify your identity by sending SMS or email verification codes.
2、设备信息

我们会根据您在软件安装及使用中授予的具体权限，接收并记录您所使用的设备 相关信息（例如设备型号、操作系统版本、设备设置、唯⼀设备标识符等软硬件特征信息）、设备所在位置相关信息（包括IP地址、GPS位置以及能够提供相关信息的Wi-Fi接⼊点、蓝牙和基站等传感器信息）。我们可能会将前面两类信息进⾏关联，以便我们能在不同设备上为您提供⼀致的服务。
Based on the specific permissions granted by you during software installation and use, we will receive and record information related to the device you are using (such as device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers, and other hardware and software characteristics), as well as information related to the device's location (including IP address, GPS location, and sensor information such as Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information). Based on user inquiry records, trouble reporting records, and troubleshooting processes (including communication or call records) generated from your use of various services on the Muyuan Platform, Muyuan will record and analyze this information to respond more promptly to your assistance requests and to improve our services.

我们在运营中可能会通过您在使用产品及/或服务的过程中所提供的联系方式（如联系电话、联系邮箱），向您同时发送一种或多种类型的通知，例如服务通知、身份验证、安全验证、用户使用体验调研等。
During our operations, we may send you one or more types of notifications through the contact information provided by you during the use of our products and/or services (such as contact phone number, contact email). These notifications may include service notifications, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, etc.

为保障您使用我们的产品与/或服务时系统的稳定性和安全性，防止您的个人信息被非法获取，更准确地预防欺诈和保护账号安全，我们通过您的设备信息、日志信息、IP地址、浏览信息、SIM卡信息（运营商和国家码）、电池使用情况来识别是否为真实自然人用户。在触发异常行为时（异地登录、多次输入密码错误、操作行为日志异常），我们会收集您的位置信息、ssid、WIFI名称，但我们不会收集正常用户的上述信息。并可能会记录一些我们认为有风险的链接，我们也会收集您的设备信息用于对牧原平台问题进行分析、统计流量并排查可能存在的风险，在您选择向我们发送异常信息时予以排查。如果您不提供上述信息，我们则无法在您使用牧原平台服务过程中对您的服务及账号安全进行保护。
To ensure the stability and security of our systems when you use our products and/or services, and to prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, as well as to more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we use your device information, log information, IP address, browsing information, SIM card information (carrier and country code), and battery usage to identify whether you are a real natural person user. In the event of abnormal behavior (such as logging in from a different location, multiple incorrect password attempts, or abnormal operational behavior logs), we will collect your location information, SSID, WIFI name, but we will not collect this information from normal users. We may also record some links that we consider risky, and we will collect your device information to analyze issues on the Muyuan Platform, track traffic, and investigate potential risks, and to troubleshoot when you choose to send us abnormal information. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to protect your services and account security while you are using the Muyuan Platform.
（二）您可自主选择提供的个人信息的情形
(II) Circumstances Where You May Voluntarily Provide Personal Information
1、为提升您的使用体验，我们的以下扩展功能中可能会收集和使用您的个人信息。如果您不提供这些个人信息，不影响您使用我们的基本功能，但您可能无法使用扩展功能。这些扩展功能包括：

(3)基于读取电话状态的扩展功能： 当您运行平台APP时，我们会向您申请获取此权限，目的是正常识别您的本机识别码，以便完成安全风控、进行统计和服务通知。
(3) Phone Status Reading-Based Extended Functions: When you run the platform app, we will request this permission from you to normally identify your device's identification code for security risk control, statistics, and service notifications.
(4)基于读取/写入外置存储器的扩展功能： 在您开启我们可读取/写入您设备存储的权限后，我们将自您设备存储空间内读取或向其中写入图片、文件、崩溃日志信息等必要信息，用于向您提供信息发布或在本地记录崩溃日志信息等功能，保障客户端的稳定运行。
(4) External Storage Reading/Writing-Based Extended Functions: After you enable our permission to read/write to your device's storage, we will read from or write necessary information such as images, files, and crash logs to your device's storage space to provide you with information publishing or to locally record crash log information and other functions, ensuring the stable operation of the client.

（四）我们从第三方获得您个人信息的情形

我们可能从第三方获取您授权共享的账户信息（头像、昵称及授权页面提示的其他信息），并在您同意本隐私政策后将您的第三方账户与您的平台账户绑定， 使您可以通过第三方账户直接登录并使用我们的产品与/或服务。我们会将依据与第三方的约定、对个人信息来源的合法性进行确认后，在符合相关法律和法规规定的前提下，使用您的这些个人信息。
We may obtain account information (avatar, nickname, and other information prompted on the authorization page) that you have authorized to share from third parties, and, upon your consent to this Privacy Policy, link your third-party account to your platform account, enabling you to log in and use our products and/or services directly through your third-party account. You can clear all Cookies saved on your computer. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to reject Cookies based on your needs. Additionally, you can clear all Cookies saved within the software. If you do so, you may need to manually change your user settings each time you visit the Muyuan Platform, and all previously recorded corresponding information will be deleted, which may have an impact on the security of the services you use.
四、我们如何对外提供您的个人信息

1、我们不会与牧原以外的任何公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：
1. We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of Muyuan, except in the following circumstances:

(3)在法律法规允许的范围内，为维护牧原、牧原的关联方或合作伙伴、您或其他平台用户或社会公众利益、财产或安全免遭损害而有必要提供；
(3) To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, it is necessary to provide such information to protect the interests, property, or safety of Muyuan, its affiliates or partners, you, other platform users, or the public from damage;
(4)只有共享您的个人信息，才能实现我们的产品与/或服务的核心功能或提供您需要的服务；

(5)应您需求为您处理您与他人的纠纷或争议；
